日式炸酿鲜冬菇

 

  

  材料: 
                    ·鲜冬菇==14只 
                    ·猪肉==4安士 
                    ·豆腐==半件 
                    ·葱花==半汤匙 
                    ·蒜葺==2茶匙 
                    ·蛋==2只 
                    ·面粉==半杯 
                    调味料: 
                    ·生抽==1茶匙 
                    ·盐==半茶匙 
                    ·生粉==两茶匙 
                    ·麻油、胡椒粉==适量 
                    做法: 
                    1.将鲜冬菇洗净去脚,抹干备用. 
                    2.猪肉与豆腐、葱花及蒜葺拌匀,加入调味料拌匀成馅料. 
                    3.将鲜冬菇内侧拍上少许生粉,酿入猪肉馅. 
                    4.将蛋拌匀,加入面粉拌成糊状. 
                    5.将鲜冬菇沾上面粉糊,下锅中半煎炸至两面金黄熟透即成
